UK Delivery is only £2 for all orders up to £20.

UK orders of £20 and above will be posted using a tracked service, the postage cost will be £4.

USA delivery is only £5 for all orders up to £20.
USA orders of £20 and above will be posted using a tracked service, the postage cost will be £12.

** Note during holiday season, shipping time are expected to be delayed 2-4 working days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.**

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1 - 2 business days.

You will then receive notification of shipment. Stock is in the UK, unless otherwise stated, and delivery is via Royal Mail. This can take 2-3 working days to the UK, and 7 - 10 days to the USA.

There are no hidden charges. If the package is not been delivered within the specified time, feel free to contact our customer support team for an update.
(Note: The shipping time does not include the processing time.) Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. That's Cool cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
