Grimoire Tarot
Mentalism and Tarot join together in this stunning mind reading effect
The Grimoire Tarot uses just 5 cards from the Major Arcana...The World, The Tower, The Hanged Man, The Devil, The Moon.
On the back of 'The World' card are 15 images of everyday items, some of which might be special to your spectator, or maybe they show things that they would like to own in the future ....the other 4 cards each show a different mix of the same images.
Your spectator takes "The World" card and, looking at the fifteen images on the back, chooses one that represents something that he loves or desires.
You now hand him the other four cards and he looks at each in turn for his chosen image. Any card bearing his image is placed face-up on the table, hiding the images, all the other cards are put aside.
The mentalist now makes a reading of the volunteers mind, based on the tarot he has placed on the table, and names the thought of image.
Throughout the performance the performer never sees any of the symbols.
Impossible for your audience to work out, the cards can be examined at any time.
The cards are based on the Rider Waite tarot deck published in 1909.

The set of five tarot cards (300g card uncoated) measuring 10cm X 6cm.
