Nightmares
This one will slay your audience, literally.
Imagine showing your spectator sixteen common nightmare scenarios.  Your volunteer is asked to focus in on a nightmare scenario that they find particularly traumatic. With instruction not to speak the volunteer is asked to think of various colours associated with their nightmare scenario. Slowly you begin to read their mind, you describe their scenario with disturbing accuracy.

Easy to perform with the specially printed card. Remember:
Spectator has a completely free choice, no forcing.
The spectator never speaks or points to the card, merely looks at it.
