Titanic Living And Dead Test
An amazing psychic experiment, based on the tragic sinking of the Titanic. You play Captain Edward Smith, the captain of the doomed Titanic, and your spectator plays Captain Arthur Rostron, captain of the Carpathia. RMS Carpathia was the nearest ship when the disaster took place and rescued over 700 people from the icy water.
Your spectator is shown 10 photographs, each one depicting a passenger who was on board the Titanic. He must now sort through the photos and choose 5 to go with him (Captain Rostron) on the Carpathia and 5 people to stay with you (Captain Smith) on the Titanic. When he has made his choice he turns over, one at a time, the 5 photos he has chosen for the Carpathia. On the back of each is the name and age of the passenger, and underneath is written "Rescued". You now turn over, one at a time, the 5 photos he has chosen for the Titanic. Again on the back of each one is the name and age of the passenger, but this time underneath each name is written "Deceased". It looks as if the spirits of the two captains have guided your spectator in returning the passengers to their rightful place.
This effect is so easy to peform with no awkward moves or funny handling. Cards are laid out in front of the spectator and he makes a free choice each time. A clever method makes this a real fooler.
